Service Commitment & Refund Policy

At Summit Path Coaching, we are committed to your ASCEND journey. Our coaching is a partnership built on transparency, discipline, and action. Because coaching is a professional service that requires significant preparation and dedicated time, we adhere to the following policy to ensure the highest level of commitment from both parties.

No-Risk Start: All initial Discovery & Assessment Consultations are complimentary. There is no financial obligation to explore if our coaching relationship is a fit for your needs.

Commitment to the Path: Coaching is most effective when both parties are fully invested in the long-term process. Once a program begins (defined as the first session after the assessment), payments are generally non-refundable.
The "Clarity" Guarantee (First 30 Days): We want you to feel confident in your investment. If, after completing your first two sessions, you feel the coaching is not providing the Awareness or Strategy promised, you may request a refund for the remaining unused portion of your program.
Small Business & Employee Wellness: For B2B contracts, a 30-day written notice is required to terminate ongoing monthly services

Respect for the Mission: Like the military discipline that shaped our founders, we value punctuality and readiness.
24-Hour Rule: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling needs. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a forfeiture of that session's time and fee

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Navigation & Adaptability: We understand that life brings unexpected obstacles. In cases of extreme hardship or medical emergencies, we will work with you to pause your program or provide a pro-rated credit for future services.

5. How to Initiate a Request

All requests regarding your program status or refunds must be submitted in writing to info@summitpathcoaching.com. We will respond within two business days to discuss your path forward.
